For the first time ever, I lit some incense in my room and it’s honestly so relaxing. My mum keep saying it smells like Marijuana and that it’s giving her a headache but it’s been doing wonders for me tonight. Although I put it out for now, just out of respect, I can honestly feel the effects. It’s called Pilgrim Incense (Symbol of Zenith) “For spiritual happiness”. I’m not sure whether or not it works, but the mindset i’m in is so soothing. However, I’m wondering how it would fair in an open area with little to no wind rather than my own room.
